RETURN POLICY

Please note that all sales are final- returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. In each item description you will find detailed information about each piece including measurements, photos, and any specificities or flaws to note; please be sure to read item descriptions in full/view all photos before placing your order.

All of our pieces are vintage and/or secondhand and each item comes with it’s own unique and special history. Each has been thoughtfully chosen by The New Heirs for it’s timelessness, inherent longevity, and high quality, however please note that natural signs of wear are completely normal with vintage and secondhand items due to their unique nature and age. We do our best to list any and all flaws in the item description however we may overlook small imperfections.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The New Heirs is based in the United States and all prices are in USD ($).  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and PayPal.  Please note that on international purchases, conversion rates may apply. 

While we do our best to ensure minimal processing times, please note that orders may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.  All shipping costs are calculated based on each item’s destination, size, and weight. 

When you place an order with TNH, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information as well as a confirmation of shipment.  All clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information as well as all relevant promotional or gift card codes at the time of checkout. 

Domestic Shipping

Orders can take up to 7 business days to process before shipping. 

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

Orders can take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.

We offer several shipping options for International orders (depending on destination) including:

  • DHL Express
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International
  • USPS Priority Mail International

International Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to fees and import taxes upon delivery that are determined by the shipment’s destination country.  Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties required. 

If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package back to us. 

Disclaimer

The New Heirs is not responsible for any costs related to returned packages, both domestic and international, due to not claiming a package and/or providing an incorrect address.  If a package is returned to us, please note that the client is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be voided.  Original shipping and processing fees will not be refunded. 

Additionally, The New Heirs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail.  We are meticulous and diligent in packaging every single item in each order so that it is not damaged during shipping.  Once your package leaves us, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following action will need to be taken with your local post office.
